The Client Internet Reporting system is also available every day, including weekends and holidays, and is always accessible 24 hours a day. CIS Access and Security Information - For both client and CIT security, we strive to protect against unauthorized access. You must actually key your User Name and Password. Your user account will lock upon three failed logon attempts. Sharing CIS user ids and passwords is strongly discouraged. If you are locked out or need a password reset, contact the Client Support Services Help Desk. We will verify your user account, including your email address, and the system will automatically generate and email a new password.
